What this website does not do

• No cookies are set
• No trackers, no audience measurement
• No maps, no social media widgets
• No fonts loaded from external services
• No consent banner is needed, and none is shown

The contact form

The contact form is the only element on the website that collects data. Here is how it is handled:

1. Your message is sent by email via Resend, a transactional email provider. Resend processes the message only for the time needed to deliver it.

2. The email arrives in the association's Gmail inbox (contact@lesparentsdarcenciel.fr). Google processes the message as it does any email received in Gmail.

3. No data is stored on the website itself: no database, no file, no log containing the content of messages.

4. Messages sent without contact details cannot be used to identify you or reply to you. In that case, the message contains no name, email address or phone number.

Message retention

Once received in Gmail, the message stays there until the association deletes it. The association cannot guarantee a precise retention period.

Your rights (RGPD / GDPR)

You can request the deletion of a message you have sent by writing to contact@lesparentsdarcenciel.fr.

If you have a concern, you can contact the CNIL (the French data protection authority, equivalent to a national GDPR supervisory authority): www.cnil.fr.
